We specialize in utility-scale renewable energy project development, with a focus on solar and fuel cells. Our real estate development focus is on the acquisition and redevelopment of distressed multi-family properties as well as the development of cloud kitchens.

MSL Group’s real; estate development team was selected in an RFP by the Town of Manchester, Connecticut to develop a 23-acre mixed-use (788,000 sq ft) Opportunity Zone project. A comprehensive development agreement was approved by the Town in August 2020.
